We will be having a VBS Volunteer Meeting & Ice Cream Social on Monday, July 20, from 7:00–8:00 PM in the Commons (at the back of the Sanctuary). During the meeting, we’ll go over everything you need to know before VBS, including the schedule, your role, daily procedures, and answer any questions you may have. Even if you’ve volunteered with VBS before, we’d love for you to join us, as we’ll be covering information and plans specific to this year’s program.

If you are one of our youth volunteers, your parents are more than welcome to attend as well! We’d love for them to hear about how you’ll be serving during VBS, what to expect throughout the week, and to have an opportunity to ask any questions they may have.

After the meeting, we’ll enjoy some ice cream together and spend a little time getting to know one another before the big week!
