Our Team

Lien Pham is a Florida native with 15 years of experience in the marketing and technology industry. She was drawn to God and The Pink Church through her daughter and has found joy in serving and growing within this faith community.

Lien holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Florida State University, where she also met her husband, Sean. Together, they are blessed with five children.

A passionate musician, Lien enjoys playing the piano and teaching the next generation to share in that joy. She dedicates much of her time at the church working with youth, supporting Hunter and Michelle in youth group and kids’ church. Her greatest joy comes from connecting with the children, guiding them as they explore their faith, and helping foster a love for God in their hearts.
