Our Team

Pavleta Guenova holds two master’s degrees in education and brings over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, as well as Curriculum Development and Instruction. She has also worked extensively with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, supporting inquiry-based learning and helping young learners develop as inquirers, reflective thinkers, problem-solvers, and critical thinkers.

Pavleta believes that every child carries a little magic within and is passionate about creating engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that help that magic shine each day. Outside of school, she enjoys cheering on her daughter at soccer games and spending quality time with her husband and two sons, who make family life joyful, fun, and full of laughter.
